Astrid has been busy sewing witches' hats.  She made her first one about a week ago and gave it to Gracie to try out.  She is making another one, which is a little smaller than the first one.  The first one is a bit on the tall side.  Gracie will get to pick which one she wants. 

Astrid actually quilted the brim and the crown of the hats.  This one she is top-stitching around the edge of the brim.  The crown part is on top of Astrid's dress form.

She held up the brim, so we can see her great circle making skills.  Astrid said her next project is a stuffed doll for Willa.  That sounds fun!
